How can I register for Home Buy Direct Scheme?

Yes, I know that this is the wrong category for this type of question, but this is VERY URGENT. I understand that the last day for registering for the Home Buy Direct Scheme is today, the 31st of July. This scheme allows you to buy 100% of a home, for only 70% of the full price. I have tried to look this up on the Internet, but to no avail. Any other contact details would also be helpful. Have any of you friendly ABers got the number for this scheme, and have any of you used this scheme as well?
