born with skin-tag on cheek; can it be removed?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.They can remove skin tags from anyone, very easily - they do it in my GP surgery, I can't see why it couldn't be done for a baby. My dad had them and used to tie a bit of cotton round the neck, once the blood supply to the tag is cut off they drop off. Takes a few days though, minor surgery would be better.
Yes Do it yourself, my hubby did. He tied a length of strong thread around it at the base TIGHT, This restricted the blood flow to it, after about 10 days it went black & shrivelled up and dropped off,
(we found it in the bed) he's got a small white patch where it was but its oh so much better.
Mind you there are skin tags and skin tags, if yours is big or bigger a visit to your GP would be best, but yes they can do it for you, you don't feel anything because they freeze it. Well worth it if you're worried.
