..no I doubt it is, as they would not be allowed to show it..it's very cleverly done though..and most effective ...

It is v well done - makes you think.  However, reminds me of the slow motion one from a few months back where a car skids slowly down the street before hitting a kid.  If you look carefully, a pigeon flies up (John Woo stylee) in front of the camera an instant before the kid gets hit.  Perhaps this is the stitch between real footage and the addition of CGI or whatever they used.  The cameraphone footage of the kid being hit is grainy and skips bits if you watch it carefully.  Excellent adverts though.
