Ferrari Hunter?!

I was watching a program a few weeks ago on Tv, Rich people paid this guy to go over the world to locat e different and exotic cars - mostly ferraris.

it left me wondering how on earth do you get a job like that?!

Well, I bet the guy was rich himself in the first place and knew lots of well-to-do people.  Presumably he has been a car salesman or buyer for some time, is a fanatic, and also perhaps has some journalism experience/book writing experience to prove his knowledge of the cars.  Probably started off that he was on holiday and spotted a car he knew his business contact would want, so called him to let him know etc etc

Sounds REALLY good fun though! :-)

I actually did this job for a while, but after 3 months 'in the field' only managed to come back with a 1.5 Allegro and an Austin Maxi with only 3 wheels.

Needless to say, I got the sack.
