Yikes, juanking is pretty much right in an urban myth sort of way, but usually there has to be a reason for the benefit's agency to investigate a potentially fraudulent claim, like you appear on a TV reality show.

they will let you carry on for maybe a year in order to make the prosecution profitable enough. you are given enough rope to hang yourself with. then you will get a fraud trigger tagged onto your benefit records for life.

The fact of the matter is i live alone. my other half owns his own house. We are too unstable to move in together and i don't want to disrupt my childrens lives more than splitting from there father already has. He leaves his car at my house to make people think he is there. I think i may see citizens advice about it. He has consulted a solicitor as it is slandering his name. I know who has told the DSS. She hates me and has reveled in telling people what she has done.
