Don't know all the previous details....so a bit limited here.

OH's cousin has been remanding to prison (Woodhill) for harassment. So I'm presuming this situation is much worse than we thought.

I know he's been done twice, maybe three times, for stalking. I know for a fact that he's been arrested twice for harassing his ex ex. This is the second time he's been arrested for harassing his latest ex.

He's in court tomorrow so I'm a bit worried about the outcome....

I know the above sounds really bad....but he's not a dangerous person, just an obsessive fool. Personally I think he needs help....and I think prison might send him over the top.

Any ideas??

Anyone?
think he needs to be assessed by a trained person and the appropriate course of action taken. Obsession can lead to awful consequences and better safe than sorry.
To be honest ummmmm it must be a severe case to be remanded for it.. Ive got a violent ex whose done numerous things inc harrassment.. stalking all whilst on a non-mol order and cps wont take it on... He's also been in prison for breaking bail conditions etc

It doesnt sound too good hun

He's not violent....

He also goes for nutty women..(probably the only ones that would have him) It's more of a case of

She hit me....
I pushed her...
She hit me again...so I cut all the plugs off her electrical appliances....

He won't give me details because he knows I'll tell him the truth...

Family are worried.....he's unstable..
dont think im being rude but do you not think he needs a bit of help ummmm!!
professionally i mean??
I'm inclined to agree with you that he does require help. With a bit of luck, his solicitor should argue for a psychiatric assessment before sentence (either after a trial or a guilty plea) to see if there is any intervention by professionals that could help. I am inclined to agree that prison does not really help in these circumstances. Otherwise its a bit difficult to say.

Me yeah....seriously needed.

His family seem to be immune to his behaviour....

I speak to him daily but he obviously lies to me.

I think he needs help on the limited information I know.

He was in court yesterday and has been bailed. The police still have his phone but have returned his laptop.

The laptop and the phone both show that she was also contacting him. Some of the messages he sent was telling her to leave him alone...and her saying how much she loved him etc....

What a pair of planks...
