Masterchief !Surf and Turf

Tonight's Masterchief featured a Surf and Turf dish, [lobster and meat]at 5 star restaurant in Covent garden, would you pay this for a lunch dish! Even if I could afford it would have to think twice! Think how much food you could buy for £74

Well is sounds like a sharing dish from what others have said so yeah, probably I'd give it a go, although that said, the man hostage and I don't really agree with 'sharing' food so not sure it would work out... Although I think I'd drink my wine at home as I imagine that's quite pricey and I don't like being ripped off on how much they've marked the wine prices up by.

Ratter you sound just like my husband. Forget the vegetables - just slap the biggest piece of good steak you can find on the plate and that'll do!! :o)

Wish mine was. He doesn't mind a little salad, but show him a green vegetable - broccoli, cabbage, etc, and you'd think I was trying to poison him!

I do like my veggies but not when they are cooked to a puld, i like them with a bit of a crunch not boiled to death and pappy, yuk!!

I really enjoy good food!!
