Cross Stitch Pattern

I am trying to get hold of a cross stitch chart by J & P Coats called Old McDonalds Farm apparently it is no longer available from the supplier.  It was sold as a kit and I did this design a number of years ago but would love to do it again as a christening present.  If anybody has this that I could purchase from them or knows of where I can get hold of this I should be extremely grateful.

Just seen this on Ebay.    It's under "Crafts" and called Old Macdonalds Sampler Cross Stitch chart.   Price 1.99 to "Buy it Now".      You have 3 days left to apply for it.     Hope this is the right one.
