I love listening to other peoples choices of music ,I don't mean the obvious tracks ,I mean .,that little gem that you really thought should have made it.or at the very least a Band or song that hits the spot when you play it .
A Couple of my choices
The Consortium. All The Love In The World.
The Electric Prunes. I had to much to dream last night
The Lover Speaks. No More I loves You's

Nice on, Ed. I don't recall hearing anyone cover a Blondie track before.
(Although Journey's 'Don't Sop Believing' reminds me very much of Blondie's Union City Blues in parts)
Manchester band Puressence, their album Only Forever is one of my favourites
Errrr... split up last year cause people in general just didnt like them enough. not entirely unknown but I wish they'd kept going so I could keep stalking. (better than Bowie and Foos live imo lol)

oh Morning Runner they had a one hit thingy but were awesome live too...... would have liked to have seen something come of the Pioneers too.
Recently, Little Man Tate, and from my youth (!), Easterhouse.
Anyone remember Shennan Kane? She was an Irish one-hit-wonder in the mid-nineties with a song called Words Fail Me. Awesome song. Can't find a single trace of her online. I've had a search going on eBay for two years hoping someone will sell the CD single of Words Fail Me or her album (if she ever made one).

If anyone has any info about her, let me know.
