Do you always remember to check the raffle number? In our local paper today it says someone in North Norfolk hasnt come forward to the million pound prize from 30th July. Now I dont always buy them but think I bought one then as it was a huge prize but not sure I checked raffle bit, how annoying.
I do mine on-line, they send you an email saying "we have good news about your lottery ticket!" - it's a tenner but at least it proves the numbers are still in the draw.
I do my lotto online but only do euro at shop if its big winnings, I go in and say 'how much is it this week' they say '13million' 'nah I wont bother then' lol
North Norfolk? Surely they can't buy lottery tickets up there? I thought that their only system of trade was bartering! They can't have invented money yet, can they?

Buenchico's response reminds me of the one about the Irishman who won £4m on the lottery and went to Camelot headquarters to claim it in cash. He was told that they had only £2m in the safe and that he would have to come back the following day for the rest. He complained that they were messing him about, but if they gave him his £1 back he would forget all about it. (Already ducked down in anticipation of retaliatory attacks from the Emerald Isle)
