No this is not a massive flounce (much as I would love the "please stay BM" posts - all three of them). But we have decided to clear off for the week. Blackpool tomorrow followed by Scotland. Managed to find some swanky hotels which the OH (him being a scot and all that) negotiated a nice rate for.

Someone in AB Towers, Mrs C, must have had great fun trying to think of every possible 'naughty' word that someone might type, and then inventing suitable substitutes for them all. I'd love a job like that ;-)

Yes, I suppose that it must be a system which works in a similar way to 'search & replace'. At least it seems better than the old system which used to put a row of stars whenever it spotted an apparent rude word. It meant that you couldn't provide a web link to, say North West Water, because the word which you typed would be embedded within the URL derived from that name.
