I've just put a new ink cartridge in to my printer and its not working,I've loste my user manual so I don't know if its something I have forgoten to do,I tried up dating the driver but it didn't help,any advice and help welcome.thanks

Did you peel the sticky tin-foil-like seal off the cartridge before inserting?

didn't need to peel of sticky foil as it was a refilled cartridge,think that may be the problem,it won't accept refills
