Melon flowers

Can anyone tell me why my melon plants only have male flowers please.

I do remember you should pick off the female flowers until you get two female at the same time then pollinate them by hand . The reason is the plant stops producing female floweres if only one is pollinated. After that it doesn't seem to matter but most plants can't support more than four anyway. You may have to be patient.
