Hi guys... I used to buy the above in Carrefour, but now I'm back in England, am having trouble trying to source it. It comes in a blue display case and consists of the Arroz Bomba (bomba rice) and the Caldo (stock).

I have some rice already so really just need the stock, which is the absolutely best fish stock bar none. I tried Selfridges food hall today without joy. Any suggestions where I can purchase it. I don't mind buying it on the web if there is a site out there that does specialist food.

why not try making your own stock?

I would never simmer for more than 20 minutes though - as it can get bitter. ♥

sainsburys do a couple of really good fish stocks, one in jar and one in a tin. They're not cheap but perhaps would do until you find the right one?
