I don't read the Daily Mail. I deplore it. I know it's a load of tabloid rubbish and I know AOG is just, welll, another old g.i.t., and I've known plenty of those in my time. I tell myself every time I see a thread, "Leave it alone!". And then I say, "Well, no harm in a quick look, just for a laugh.", but then I find myself starting to prickle, and after that, well, I'm done for!

Is there a cure for it, or do I just have to learn some coping strategies?
