Curtain Poles - Rented House
4 Answers
Hi,
I have recently moved into a rented house. There are I've noticed a few things a need to report to the landlord i.e. leaking toilet cistern, damp near back door and also I was hanging the curtains in the back bedroom and the pole has not been fixed into the wall properly so the pole fell down. Now I don't have curtains up in the front bedroom. I have tried fixing this myself, but I think it's a bigger job than I first thought and I don't want to cause damage to his property.
Does reporting the curtain pole to be fixed sound silly and would you as a landlord fix these?
