According to the psychologist on Big Brother, talking about Paul's night-time twitterings, sleep talking is normal and not a sign of any psychological problems. Lots of children sleep talk, and about 5% of adults. It's an inherited thing. How to stop it? Bed mates should wear ear plugs.
