bobjugs you have done some really long tours,training must have taken up maybe 2 years at a push,so 8 to 9 years then...

Yep poodi, about 9 years out of training. Not done much to be honest, 2 tours in Iraq, 2 in Afghan, Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman. Not to mention about a million exercises in all parts of the globe. Oh and 2 years out of my kids life. So come on then, i've pulled up a sandbag so share some of your stories...
