Adobe update ... then problems.

Last night I accepted and installed an Adobe update .. before I installed it, I set a restore point,
Anyhow today I kept getting little red crosses in a box where an image should be ... even my avatar on AB had dissapeared.
So I've just restored back to the restore point I set yesterday, and everything is back to normal.

Do I really need to install updates from Adobe .,. or can I do without them ?

You do need Adobe Flashplayer to open some websites. My advice to you would be to download the uninstall tool from Adobe and reinstall the latest flashplayer which will fix any more problems. You dont need to set a restore point as the progam does it for you.
