putting foot down...and car doesnt respond...
the other day i was turning onto a bypass were the national speed limit so i started to put my foot down ..howwver the car just stayed at the 40, and felt like it was 'holding back'..the pedal was on the floor...it just felt odd to drive...i started to remove my foot and eventually it felt like it sort of 'caught up' a bit
did i just put my foot down too quickly or somehting? ( i used to drive a car that if i did that it just shot off...im still getting used to the new one...and this one obviosuly doesnt do that)
its a vw passat tiptronic tdi, automatic diesel
cheers
