Help the Animals and Pets left in the wake of Katrina!

Hello my fellow animal-lovers...today I have given my contribution to help the animals and pets that have been affected by Hurricane Katrina. Many animals have been separated from their owners and left to survive on their own in the aftermath of this disaster. Efforts are being made to rescue these animals and place them out of harms way....will you help too??

This is the Animal category...as you could tell if you'd looked, I posted other pleas for help in other related categories. And just so you'll know, I donated to both the Red Cross and Humane Society of the US, because I care about all those living things in need...

Yes, I too have given to both the Red Cross and the Humaine Society.  Only those who have not had pets could over look their needs.  I also believe that "ALL" should be cared for.  The animals like children are unable to care for themselves, ask for water or food.  I pray that people open their hearts and do not have the attitude that "they are only animals" if they come upon a lost pet in the wake of Katrina. Please give to all.
