Problem with rover 600

I have a Rover 600 diesel 2.0L turbo (no laughing please) and when i fix my tourbo my car was working to well.After that i had electric problem and my sevrice says to to fix my oil pomp.Thye put the scarter on it and fix it but the problem goes again until i fix that electric problem that i read in some post here.
Now my car wok fine but i think it loose power i dont know what else can i do on it.i change my engien belt and that other belt that do my wheel turn soft.
Can you give me some help?

I just worked out that 'wheel turn soft' is 'power steering'. Other than that i'm afraid I'm unable to assist.
