Menopause question
7 Answers
Anyone found that when they go into menopause they have aching joints in bed during the night and when they get up? Just gone into full-blown menopause e.g. sweats, flushes, no periods etc. I'm aged 48- but during the last couple of months find I ache if i roll over in bed, especially in my legs, hips and fingers, and when I wake up I am very stiff for an hour or so. Never had this before, and don't think its arthritis cos been tested for that recently and test was normal. TIA

Failing that it is probably hormonal .Has your GP suggested HRT ...look into it though ....It's not for everyone. It can be a good short term solution to get you over the brunt of it .
In the meantime ..Menopace is good ,Evening Primrose and Black Cohosh for the sweats as josie says ...it will get better ....hang on in :)
