I've never seen a Roma Gypsy in England so far.

What's thje difference between what we know as a gypsy and a Roma Gypsy? Do they roam about more?

The Roma (Romany) people originated in South Asia, but for some reason a bunch of them settled in middle Europe - Romania.

When we were little, gypsies had caravans and sold lucky white heather and pegs. I guess they were travelling people, they followed the fruit picking etc.

I dont have a lot of time for the French but in this case they are showing that they have more ba11s than we ever have. They are talking about banning the bhurka and now this move is surely what we should be doing. Romas are thieving scum who have never done anything but steal from whoever they happen to live with - have a look at the underground in London - who are all the beggars?

When these Roma go to Romania, whence they came, how is France to stop them returning? Romania is an EU state. Citizens of EU member states have a right to be in any other member state.

Well I am a bit confused - could I go live in France or any other EU country if I wanted to? But if, say I wanted to live in the States would I need a visa?

Most Romas are not 'thieving scum'. True Romanies are a very proud people with a distinct culture of their own. Travellers and work-shy wanderers have given them a bad name.

Because Britain is the only country in the EU to stick closely to the human rights legislation. Until recently we even gave them money in which to sue us. Politicians in the UK like to present themselves as compassionate and care nothing about putting Britons first.

Just take the doubling of our aid to Pakistan. That money will end up in the hands of terrorists as the government is bent as a fiddle as David Cameron explained recently.
