Dragon Naturally Speaking

I see that Dragon Naturally Speaking is now the subject of a tv advertising campaign. i bought a version of this a year or so ago, and it took forever to set up and was pretty inaccurate with its transcription. What I need is for more than just my voice to be automatically transcribed from speech, as in conversation with other people - and not always the same other people, if you know what i mean. is there any technology capable of this yet, especially any that doesn't take ages to set up?

Dragon is ok .. but it needs voice training. Spend some time doing it. This will help a lot.
Subsequent generations of this type of software improve dramatically.
