I feel good today like all is well with my world, still have problems but have had a lovely Sunday roast dinner and have done a few jobs I had been putting off, and now happily browsing on here!

Esbat....a minor lunar monthly witch celebration..I use the fast to clear my head and body a little to make the 'celebration' a little more meaningful I treat myself to something special to eat once the moon rises and I have performed a rite to honour the goddess...There will be a strong element of thanks in it this time...simple things but nice to observe old traditions that align one more closely with natural cycles

That's lovely rowan - more of us could do more to align ourselves with the movements of nature. I'm half way through reading Earth Mysteries, fascinating stuff.
