People in the UK have donated more than £30 million to aid the flood victims in Pakistan. Well done, or what?

There was a Pakistani guy on the radio the other day, he has been collecting locally and he's actually taking the money out to Pakistan himself to make sure it gets where it's most needed, and doesn't get hijacked by red tape.
I hope he doesn't get hijacked, full stop.
