Any Herefordians out there experiencing problems with their leccy?

The supply is very weak - kettle won't boil, it will only simmer. Lights are very dim.

We also have no hot water.

This is like being back in Spain. :-(

have you spoken to neighbours? or to the electricity company, they often have automated messages if there is a known problem.
