GETTING RID OF NAIL VARNISH

Sorry wasn't sure which topic to put this under. I got some nail varnish on some black joggers, I dabbed it with some nail varnish remover and then washed them its a bitter better but not completely gone.. Does anyone know how to remove this? Thanks.

Have you got any vanish? It might not be quite as good as the adverts make it seem but give something a good soaking in some of it dissolved and it might work.

You'll need a solvent other than water; it's worthwhile buying a bottle of "Sticky Stuff Remover" which is good for many different sticky, greasy or waxy stains. Not cheap but lasts for years. (Got mine at Robert Dyas).
