am just wondring will i get sent to prison for section 18 wound with intent and fase inmprisoment this is wat i done my mate told me to walk up to sum flat with sum lad so i did i thought nothing of it i get to this flat were me other mate is i sit there for abit and my mate who told me to go to the flat turns up about 1 hour later him and the other lad start torting the lad i walk up to the flat with i sat there and did nothing i was scared for my life but the police have charged me with this and the to other lads am scared of going to prison for something i did not do i had no idea this was going to happen and have told the police the truth will i go to prison help

are your "mates" pleading guilty? have they said what your part was, or dropped you in it?

i cant speak to me mates we all not alound to speak to each other its on me bail paper and no am not in luton am no fake profile aswell they both have done no comment as far i no but i have told the truth all the way

well if you are being honest and were totally innocently caught up in torturing a young lad then you must be a really decent bloke.

going "no comment" won't do them any favours in court, and if you're tried at the same time it will look (a bit) better that you co-operated.

your legal rep should be advising you re your chances in court, and possible sentence, but someone may come along here later to advise you.

To be honest with you. if you were at this flat whilst 2 others tortured someone you deserve to be banged up for a long time for not trying to prevent things.Hope you get sent down for a long time-- the look out were you?

perhaps you could get done under the "joint enterprise" law.. then you'll be in the same trouble as them.
