Sadly, the alrgesse that comes with talent's rewards can lead an artistic temprement to bad behaviour, simply because no-one ever seems to say 'No' - the ultimate example being Michael Jackson.
I have debated a few times the dichotomy of talent as an artist against behaviour and personality as an individual, and here is a further example.
I would guess that George would be given custody in a minimum security, or even open prison, in keeping with the legal approach to his offences - and hopefully would be able to tolerate it for the allotted time.
Even more hopefully, the concept of incarceration works in the intended manner, and prevents him from offending again - for the good of everyone.
