Should Gypsies be banned?

In this the 21st century, isn't it now time for all illegal pitching of so called 'Gypsies' caravans to be banned?

Why should a certain group of people be allowed to wander around the country pitching their vans where they like, then leave the site in such a mess it costs the Council Tax payer thousands of pounds to clear the mess, while they themselves are not charged a penny?

One of them must have got a new caravn recently as one has been dumped down road, windows all smashed and cr@p falling out the windows

yes alright I'm convinced - lets ban stuff! We'll start with the gypsies, then the jews then we'll take over poland... could we burn some books as well and I know internment camps have a bad press but if we called them cultural rehabilitation centres do you think we could sneak a few of those in?
