Why do I feel 'down' today?

I had a good day yesterday up beside RAF Boulmer with my grandson, playing in the dunes and running along deserted beaches,
I go to bed feeling quite happy ,,,then bloody get up feeling I could fight with a feather!!!
btw, had a full nights sleep so I am not tired...

This is strange Bobby - I have had several dreams where Mr LL has been involved with another woman (I have no reason to have such dreams), and I wake up really cross with him, poor bloke. I have to really work hard to stop feeling cross!!

I know Salla and I have the same horrible dreams about teeth and pulling never-ending things like hair or string from our mouth. I think it was Salla?

Anxiety dreams ummmm. Nasty.

I often dream my children are little again, and I go home and they have only one set of clothes, unwashed and too small for them, so I feel guilty and take them shopping. Or that they have been left on their own with no food and are upset.

I never did anything like that when they were little - they had everything they needed, loads of clothes and food. And love. But I often dream I'm not loving them properly or leave them all alone. It affects me a good portion of the next day - I'm not sure what it means.

Oh yes Lottie - the teeth crumbling, the hair etc from my mouth. They are weird.....

whatever it was I dreamt must have had a bad effect on me as I tend to be quite a happy-go-lucky person who is grateful for her 'lot', I don't even like Bill today..:-0(

You need a comedy dvd and a large glass of white... Or a walk in the sunshine, followed by a good book on a sunlounger. x
