Coastal holiday cottage accomodation at Arne Dorset.

Hi,whilst holidaying recently in Bournemouth,we went on a boat trip from Poole Harbour around Brownsea Island and the boat skipper pointed out a holiday let near the waters edge,it had a green roof and 2 chimneys and he said it was near Arne.
Has anyone got any local knowledge of it?
