Flaming nerve of that lot!
A P.A.Y.E computer is faulty at the IR or at HM Customs , whoever it is robbing us, the letters have been sent out so if you are one of the unlucky sods, you will get yours on Tuesday, for "under payment of tax"
you could be amongst those to get a rebate as well for "over payment of tax"
I wonder if they will be fined £100 for this + interest on a daily basis,
somehow...I think not!

Independent advisers are saying that this is not justifiable as it is their mistake. The legality of this is questionable. They are advising people to write in and say that it is their mistake, not ours and that they are unable to pay - and then sit back and see what happens. Obviously if everybody were to do this they wouldn't have a leg to stand on.
Unfortunately, a lot of people will just pay up. DON'T!!
