well, i was actually thinking that since he has ultimate charge in the United States, he should be aware when a whole chunk of his country is unprotected from predicted storms and can act to have them protected. Or when natural disasters hit, that he can ensure that the situation is appraised and that he ensures those suffering are helped. None of which he did.

This is what I would like to say to my Prez, but, heavy sigh, I think he's here to stay. It does put the reasons behind Mr. Clinton's impeachment into perspective though!
