How come these so called regulators are not being regulated themselves?
Flaming Off-Com allowing companies to charge £1.50 per minute a call, Off-Watt selling our water to France, not to mention the gas/electric companies making huge profits then sticking it up us!
What are these Government agencies supposed to doing, you might have gathered I am not a happy bunny...lol

They are bobbi, the Government is doing away with loads of quangos as part of its forthcoming changes. T-Mobile's not a quango, it's a commercial organisation!
