What butterfly?

The other morning,there was a pale yellow butterfly in my bedroom. It was not large...more the size of a moth. It paused with wings partially open. There were pink-ish/rosey spots on it.

Thanks guys....I've already looked up both the Clouded Yellow,and the Brimstone.I really don't think it was either.
It was very 'pretty'...the only way I can describe it......a buttery looking yellow, and the pinky/rosy bits seemed to be random. I only saw it for less than a minute-I was trying to guide it out the window-but it left a strong impression on me. And no...it's definitely not a moth.
