asked a couple of days ago no response pdf files blocked by security setting

am trying to open a pdf file and i am getting a message my security settings are stopping me openining this file i need to know how to change security setting to acess any help would be grateful

Are you opening the file from a website , from your own computer or from a network? If from a website, try saving the file then opening it. This might also get round the second issue, which is that a pop-up blocker may be stopping the pdf from opening. If you are on a network you probably can't do anything without help from your IT support desk.

Or you might be trying to open a pdf attached to an e-mail.
It's always a good idea to include as much info as possible when asking a question.

Yes Rojash thats what i am trying to do open a pdf attached to an e-mail but keep getting security settings will not allow to download i use Kapersky security

Retrieve attachment using "save as" or "download attachment" rather than opening within the email program. Most email programs have a "save as".
