They will probably both have HDMI, Scart (RGB) and audio carried by (analogue) scart or (digital) hdmi.
Freeview HD will be a lot more competitive in a year or so.
I think AL might have missed the point of the question (or I am)
If you got a freesat TV you would need to run a 3rd length of cable from the sat dish to the TV, if you get a freeview TV you simply need to plug your current TV aerial into the TV.
So assuming your current TV aerial is good enough to receive freeview (and you are in an area that receives it) then freeview would be the easier option as it will require no extra cabling.
