Quick question, opinions needed please!

I have just bought some summer dresses for my daughter on ebay and they have arrived today and are so short I will have to buy shorts to put underneath them. They were supposed to be age 6-7 and she is not tall for her age so I was disappointed. Strangely enough one is a Next one which are usually big sizes and it does say age 7 but to look at it you would think age 4. I have left the seller neutral feedback and sent her an email to explain why and she has replied saying I'm unfair (in a nice way) and could I change to positive feedback. I feel guilty now as I suppose it isn't directly her fault but I gave feedback on how a felt about the purchase. Am I being mean, should I change it?

If people would read the thread properly I didn't leave her negative feedback, would never do that, I said neutral as the dresses don't fit and at the time I couldn't describe the transaction as positive when it didn't feel that way. Isn't that the whole point to be truthful? Anyway as I have already said I changed it (thats if it's worked) and left positive anyway.
but feedback is about rating the sellers qualities as a seller...not whether or not you like the garments...an in this case she did all she could be expected to do...
perhaps you could say in the comment if you must mention the problem...garments werent suitable, but seller was quick, courteous, items well packed etc etc...
