Noodles. You can chuck anything in then. Are they raw or precooked?
I would fry some garlic, chilli and ginger, spring onions, spinach...prawns (depending if they are raw or not) a dash of oyster sauce. Or something similar. If you want a lighter sauce add a little chicken stock. Then add your precooked noodles.
no pastry and no flour no, sorry im not trying to make life difficult for you on purpose, honest, lol! pancakes did spring to mind then but thinking more of a tomatoey base, cumin maybe, any ideas?
