The SKY HD manual gives step by step directions and two connecting diagrams ( 1 for HDMI and 1 for scart connectivity). It can only be done in real time there is no high speed dubbing available, so a three hour film will take three hours to transfer, and you can't watch anything else. I usually set it up last thing at night and let it run overnight.
