printer problem

I have an Epson stylus DX6050 printer.
I am experiencing problems with the peper feeder. The paper will not go in straight. It curls up very badly and fails to go through the feeder. The printing actually starts but doesnt reach the paper. Is there anything I can do to resolve this?

I am not familiar with the model you have. I know that some printers are very fussy about paper weight etc. Are you sure that the paper you are using is suitable for this printer?
