O yes they are. I have a full-page email from Robert S Mueller saying that the FBI "Records show that you are among one of the individuals and organizations who are yet to receive their overdue payment from overseas which includes those of Lottery/Gambling, Contract and Inheritance. " Wow, it says this has arisen due to dealings I have had with people in Nigeria!
All I have to do is send them my name and address so they can mail me an ATM card to pay them the fee of $275, then I can draw $5000 at a time on it. I have to contact Mr Godwin Alfred.
