I have for the second time in perhaps six months tried to use their system and on both occasions I was told my expected annual spend was in excess of £6000, this in spite of entering the correct consumption values in kWh for dual fuel billing on direct debit at my postcode. Has anyone else got nonsensical results like this ?

Never had a problem myself but i enter my monthly payments rather than readings. Maybe it's taking your readings as weekly rather than monthly
