coming in via ie now, no probs
Ignore it , its just a glitch.
Go to Tools > options > uncheck Block reported attack sites. then it won't pop up again.

Wish Ed would sort it.
I got the same seekerz , thanks netibiza ive sorted it thanks to you x
The problem with Netibiza's advice is that if you DO accidentally visit a dodgy site, you will get no warning that it is trying to attack your PC. Not a very good idea at all.

Just ignore the warning. Answerbank is a safe site.
It was me that initially gave that advice, the part neti has missed out is I did say to re-enable it as soon as the ED has sorted the problem out.

Though I've never actually seen that warning give a genuine alert! even on sites I know are dodgy, I've only ever seen it give false alerts.
ive put the block on it again now ...jeez faffing around just to come on here is a p1ss take, il go through internet explorer then as for some reason thats ok , will i still be subject to attack using that though ?
you could always block, then add this site as an exception to the rule.
Oh aye Chuck - care to enlighten us as to what dodgy sites you've been frequenting..?
LOL, not sites like that :)

I do purposely go to spyware infested sites and/or warez type sites that are known to infect computers to check security stuff is working properly as part of my job though.
Chuck, I have great respect and admiration for you and some others on here for the way in which you all unselfishly share your knowledge and time, and patients too. Thank you for always...!
Yes, It was advice from Chuck, but I thought most people would realise that they had to check the "Block" box once it had been sorted.

Has Ed and/or the techies sorted it yet?
...and thanks to sara, I've reblocked the "attack" box and made an exception. Thanks sara!
