Eire electricals.
I'm going to Dublin for a few days next week. Would I be right in saying that, as it is not part of mainland Europe, it shares the same kind of plug socket as the UK?

If you have time take the Dart to the coast takes about 5 mins and really nice. I asked why thay call it the dart (it's like our metro) a Irish man said it,s because it darts from here and darts to there that did me.
Cheers everybody. It was indeed 3 pin plugs and I had a marvellous time. Guinness was drunk aplenty and I can confirm that the CityTour is hilarious. For anyone else headed out that way, my best pint of Guinness was in Ron Black's on Dawson Street and the best cocktails were in Capitol, just off Georges Street (get there before 9 for cheapo drinks). And head into Temple Bar's side streets if you fancy some proper Irish 'fiddle-de-dee' type stuff. A quality holiday was had.
