Sloes

I cannot find any sloes in this part of N Yorks, whilst last year they were abundant. Is this general ?

Apparently it's a really bad year for them in Suffolk - shame as I was hoping to make a few bottles of sloe gin myself. Maybe it is a countrywide problem then.

Seems to be a problem all over the country this year. Have a look at the sloebiz website. Im pleased I didnt give all my sloe gin away last year, I shall keep it all to myself...yummy!

Its the same here. I might have to resort to buying some sloe gin for Christmas, oh no!!!!!!!!!
