70g of fat per day
2 Answers
The reccomended daily amount of fat for women is 70g... can this be averaged out over a week?
So if you have a bad day & eat 100g one day, can you make up for it by eating hardly any fat the next day??

It's the same as calories, in theory, if you consume a certain amount over a week, it doesn't really matter how it is spread out. Although I have to say, weight loss is easier and more consistent if you eat naturally and avoid the starvation/binge thing. If you eat too much fat on one day, I really wouldn't worry about it. Just make it an occasional thing rather than every day.
